India’s electric vehicle (EV) ecosystem is set to receive a major boost as Esyasoft e-Mobility and Park+ have announced a strategic partnership to deploy 10,000 EV charging points across the country over the next three years. Backed by an investment of ₹100 crore, the initiative aims to significantly expand public and semi-public charging infrastructure and support India’s rapidly growing EV adoption.
The rollout will begin in Bengaluru and gradually expand to key metropolitan regions such as Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Kolkata. Additional cities will be covered in later phases, ensuring a wider geographic reach. By leveraging existing high-footfall locations, the partnership intends to make EV charging more accessible, convenient, and reliable for everyday users.

Under the agreement, Park+ will provide access to its extensive network of residential societies, corporate campuses, shopping centres, malls, and REIT-managed commercial properties. The platform already operates in more than 7,500 residential societies and over 600 corporate campuses and commercial spaces across India, supported by a widely used consumer mobility app. This established footprint allows for faster deployment without the delays typically associated with acquiring new real estate access.
Esyasoft e-Mobility will lead the technology deployment by rolling out its AI-enabled charging platform. The infrastructure will include a mix of AC and DC chargers designed to cater to diverse charging needs, from overnight residential charging to fast charging in commercial locations. The platform will offer advanced features such as real-time charger visibility, cashless digital payments, automated fault detection, predictive maintenance, and smart energy management. These capabilities are expected to improve charger uptime, reduce operational costs, and enhance the overall user experience.
The partnership comes at a crucial time for India’s EV journey. While public charging stations have grown rapidly—from around 1,800 in early 2022 to over 29,000 by March 2025—industry estimates indicate that this pace must accelerate sharply. Research by Forvis Mazars suggests India could need nearly 1.32 million EV chargers by 2030 to support an estimated 50 million electric vehicles, requiring roughly 400,000 new charger installations each year.
By combining Park+’s real estate and mobility ecosystem with Esyasoft’s expertise in smart grids, EV charging systems, battery storage, and analytics, the collaboration directly addresses key challenges such as range anxiety and infrastructure gaps. Overall, the initiative represents a significant step toward building a scalable, intelligent, and future-ready EV charging network in India.
