The launch ceremony was organized through a hybrid format, with coordinated events held at the Integral Coach Factory (ICF), Chennai, and the DPE facility at Tiruvottiyur, Chennai. Live audio-visual connectivity linked both locations, allowing officials and stakeholders to participate simultaneously.
The inauguration was attended by Shri U. Subba Rao, General Manager of ICF, Chennai, Shri Senthil Kumar, Principal Chief Commercial Manager of Southern Railway, Shri N. Sitaram Prasad, Principal Chief Mechanical Engineer at ICF, Shri Samuel Praveen Kumar, Director (Marketing & Corporate Planning), CWC, and Shri J. Navukkarasu, Regional Manager of the CWC Regional Office, Chennai.
The flag-off ceremony also featured virtual participation from Shri Santosh Sinha, Managing Director of CWC, and Smt. Sangeeta Ramrakhyani, Director (HR), along with other senior officials, who emphasized the importance of adopting clean mobility solutions for the future of India’s logistics sector.
