India’s electric vehicle manufacturing sector is entering a smarter, more connected phase as Bosch Software and Digital Solutions joins forces with Dassault Systèmes. The strategic collaboration will combine artificial intelligence, virtual twins, factory software, and connected operational technologies to modernize production. With its first deployment already active at a leading domestic EV manufacturer, Bosch and Dassault Partner to address fragmented digitization, production bottlenecks, quality challenges, and lengthy validation cycles.
Their integrated approach is designed to create software-defined factories where data moves seamlessly across operations, enabling manufacturers to improve traceability, efficiency, compliance, and decision-making while preparing Indian plants for production standards.
Bosch SDS and Dassault Systèmes have formed a strategic alliance to deliver AI-led manufacturing in India. Their first deployment combines DELMIA Apriso MES with Bosch tools at an Indian EV manufacturer, improving real-time traceability, quality control, and production efficiency.
Two Technology Platforms, One Connected Factory
The collaboration brings together Dassault Systèmes’ Virtual Twin Experiences and Product Lifecycle Management technology with Bosch’s Cognitive Factory platform and IT/OT integration expertise. Together, these capabilities connect enterprise software with factory-floor equipment, helping manufacturers replace isolated digital projects with coordinated, data-driven operations.

First Deployment Targets Indian EV Production
The partnership’s first implementation is already operating at a leading domestic electric vehicle manufacturing facility. It integrates Dassault Systèmes’ DELMIA Apriso Manufacturing Execution System with Bosch’s localized data and factory-integration tools.
This combined setup enables real-time digital traceability across production activities. It can also strengthen quality management, expose process bottlenecks, and support quicker interventions when defects or deviations emerge. For EV manufacturers, these improvements are particularly valuable because batteries, electronics, and vehicle systems require precision, consistent validation, and tightly controlled processes.
By linking previously fragmented systems, Bosch and Dassault Partner help the manufacturer reduce defect risks, shorten validation timelines, and improve equipment and production efficiency.
