Announced on September 17, 2025, this collaboration aims to enhance the riding experience of TVS iQube electric scooter owners by providing seamless access to essential vehicle information and smart connectivity features right from their wrist. This initiative marks India’s first-ever EV-smartwatch integration, setting a new benchmark in connected mobility solutions.
The partnership focuses on integrating custom-designed Noise smartwatches with TVS iQube scooters. Riders can now monitor critical vehicle data and receive timely safety alerts, ensuring smarter and safer journeys. According to Aniruddha Haldar, Senior Vice President at TVS Motor Company, the integration transforms the smartwatch into a “smart riding assistant,” empowering users with actionable insights during every ride. Key Features of the EV-Smartwatch Integration
- Vehicle Status Monitoring: Riders can instantly check whether their iQube is locked, unlocked, currently on a ride, charging, or fully charged. This provides convenience and peace of mind without needing to access the mobile app or scooter directly.
- Battery Insights: The smartwatch displays the battery’s state of charge (SoC) and provides low-battery alerts when the charge falls below 20%, helping riders plan their trips more efficiently.
- Distance to Empty (DTE): Estimated remaining range across different riding modes is displayed on the watch, allowing riders to manage their daily commutes and charging schedules more effectively.
- Tyre Pressure Monitoring (TPMS): Live tyre pressure readings for both tyres are available on select models, with instant alerts for abnormal pressure levels, improving safety and maintenance.
- Charging Progress: Riders can track real-time charging updates, including time remaining for a full charge and a “Charging Complete” notification, eliminating uncertainty during charging stops.
