BikeWo to Acquire ENlite EV Care marks a significant development in India’s rapidly growing electric mobility sector. BikeWo Green Tech Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to acquire a majority stake in ENlite EV Care, an electric vehicle service and maintenance company. The proposed acquisition is aimed at strengthening BikeWo’s integrated electric mobility ecosystem by adding organized EV servicing, maintenance, and lifecycle support to its expanding business portfolio.
The move comes at a time when commercial electric vehicle adoption is accelerating across industries such as last-mile delivery, logistics, and fleet transportation, creating a growing demand for reliable after-sales infrastructure.
Focus on Organized EV Servicing for Commercial Fleets
With BikeWo to Acquire ENlite EV Care, the company plans to establish a dedicated network of EV Care Centres designed primarily for B2B customers and commercial electric vehicle fleets. These centers will provide comprehensive services including preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, battery and electrical system support, periodic servicing, and fleet uptime management.

The initiative is expected to help fleet operators reduce vehicle downtime, improve operational efficiency, enhance vehicle performance, and lower maintenance costs through technology-enabled service solutions. A structured service network is becoming increasingly important as businesses expand their electric vehicle fleets across India.
Digital Technology to Drive Smarter Fleet Maintenance
BikeWo and ENlite EV Care also intend to jointly identify suitable locations and operating models for the proposed EV care centers. The companies plan to integrate advanced digital technologies such as vehicle health monitoring, predictive maintenance, digital service scheduling, maintenance records, and fleet performance tracking.
These intelligent service capabilities will enable fleet operators to monitor vehicle health in real time, schedule maintenance proactively, and improve fleet utilization through data-driven decision-making.
Supporting Long-Term Electric Mobility Growth
Commenting on the announcement, BikeWo Green Tech Limited CEO Hiten Pal Saklani said that expanding a dependable service and maintenance ecosystem is as important as increasing vehicle deployment. He added that BikeWo to Acquire ENlite EV Care will strengthen the company’s capabilities across the EV value chain while improving fleet uptime, service quality, and operational efficiency for commercial fleet operators.
The proposed acquisition aligns with BikeWo’s long-term strategy of expanding its presence across electric mobility, fleet operations, logistics infrastructure, technology, and renewable energy. By integrating organized vehicle maintenance with deployment and lifecycle management, the company aims to build a scalable platform for India’s evolving commercial EV market.
The transaction remains subject to due diligence, valuation, final negotiations, definitive agreements, and all applicable corporate, statutory, and regulatory approvals. If completed, BikeWo to Acquire ENlite EV Care is expected to strengthen organized EV servicing and support the next phase of commercial electric mobility growth in India.
