Sungrow EV Charging Unveils New Solutions at Power2Drive Europe 2026, introducing two advanced products designed to simplify EV charging deployment and improve energy efficiency. The company showcased ChargePower One, an all-in-one AC-coupled energy solution, and the IDC80E destination DC charger, both designed to help commercial and industrial customers deploy reliable EV charging infrastructure faster while maximizing long-term returns.
As electric vehicle adoption continues to grow across global markets, grid limitations have become one of the biggest obstacles to expanding high-power charging networks. Many businesses face lengthy delays and high costs when upgrading grid capacity. To solve this challenge, Sungrow has developed integrated charging and energy management solutions that reduce complexity while increasing operational efficiency.

ChargePower One Simplifies Commercial Energy Management
The highlight of the exhibition was ChargePower One, a fully integrated 5-in-1 AC-coupled solution that combines an Energy Storage System (ESS), EV charger, Energy Management Controller (EMC), Power Conversion System (PCS), and power distribution box into a single platform.
Designed specifically for commercial and industrial applications, the system enables businesses to go live in as little as seven days through factory-built integration and one-click commissioning. This significantly reduces installation time, labor requirements, and project complexity.
Beyond faster deployment, Sungrow EV Charging Unveils New Solutions that help businesses lower upfront investment by up to 10%. Its independent AC-bus parallel architecture supports seamless expansion and retrofitting while avoiding costly grid upgrades in many scenarios.
Powered by Sungrow’s intelligent energy management platform, ChargePower One optimizes charging, battery storage, and power consumption in real time. Virtual Power Plant (VPP) compatibility also allows businesses to generate additional revenue by participating in energy markets.
Advanced Safety and Cybersecurity Features
ChargePower One incorporates AI-powered battery health monitoring capable of identifying potential battery cell issues up to seven days in advance. It also features millisecond-level arc fault detection and rapid shutdown technology to ensure maximum protection for equipment and users.
The solution has successfully passed more than 320 global validation tests and includes on-premises deployment, end-to-end encrypted data transmission, and a CyberVadis Silver cybersecurity rating for secure and transparent operations.
IDC80E Delivers Fast Deployment and Reliable Destination Charging
Another major attraction was the new IDC80E DC charger, developed specifically for destination charging locations where vehicles typically remain parked for one to three hours.
Built around the concept of “Instant On, Always On,” the IDC80E requires up to 20% less installation space than conventional chargers and can often be installed within a single day by just two technicians without heavy lifting equipment.
The charger features proprietary isolated air-cooling technology that minimizes maintenance while delivering 99% uptime and a 99.5% charging success rate. Certified to IP65, IK10, and C5 standards, it is built for demanding outdoor environments.
Supporting charging currents of up to 250A and delivering up to 97% efficiency, the IDC80E includes Dynamic Load Management, OCPP 2.0.1 compatibility, over-the-air software updates, and scalable power upgrades from 80kW to 120kW. It is also V2G-ready and integrates seamlessly with photovoltaic and energy storage systems.
Expanded Portfolio and Global Certifications
In addition to these launches, Sungrow also introduced the AC22-G3 intelligent AC charger with Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) capability for residential and semi-public charging applications.
During the exhibition, the company further strengthened its global leadership by receiving the world’s first IEC 61851-23:2023 certification from TÜV Rheinland, along with Norwegian EPD certification and ISO 15118-20 certification, highlighting its commitment to safety, interoperability, and sustainability.
Looking Ahead
With integrated energy management, faster deployment, intelligent charging technology, and internationally recognized certifications, Sungrow EV Charging Unveils New Solutions that address today’s infrastructure challenges while preparing businesses for the future of electric mobility. The latest innovations further reinforce Sungrow’s position as a global leader in renewable energy and smart EV charging solutions, delivering scalable, reliable, and future-ready infrastructure for commercial, industrial, and destination charging applications.
