Sigenergy has unveiled its latest residential energy innovations at Intersolar Europe 2026, introducing the SigenStore Neo, an advanced all-in-one home energy storage system (ESS) designed to simplify residential energy management. Alongside the new storage platform, the company also showcased its latest air-to-water heat pump, bidirectional AC EV charger, and a plug-in balcony micro-storage solution. Together, these technologies demonstrate how Sigenergy’s ESS can transform standalone home appliances into a unified, intelligent energy ecosystem.

SigenStore Neo Combines Multiple Energy Components into One Platform
The newly launched SigenStore Neo integrates several essential energy management components into a single compact system. It combines battery storage, a hybrid inverter, a power conversion system (PCS), an energy management system (EMS), and three built-in communication ports, eliminating the need for external gateways commonly required in traditional residential ESS installations.
The hybrid inverter features four Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) channels, each supporting up to 40 A DC input, allowing homeowners to maximize solar energy production even under varying sunlight conditions.
The battery system supports vertical stacking of up to six battery packs, available in either 6 kWh or 7.5 kWh capacities. This enables homeowners to configure systems offering either 15 kW/36 kWh or 15 kW/45 kWh energy storage, providing flexibility for different household energy requirements.
Smart Ports Improve Integration and Backup Performance
A major highlight of Sigenergy’s ESS is its three dedicated built-in ports—Smart Port, Backup Port, and AC Grid Port—which replace the external gateways typically needed for connecting additional energy devices.
The Smart Port allows seamless integration with third-party inverters, external diesel generators, EV chargers, and smart home appliances, including heat pumps.
Meanwhile, the Backup Port delivers uninterrupted whole-home emergency power during grid failures. The system automatically switches to backup mode with virtually zero interruption (0 ms), supplying up to 15 kW of backup power. It also supports overloads of up to 200% of its rated capacity for up to 10 seconds, ensuring reliable operation of high-power household appliances during outages. The ESS can further extend backup duration by utilizing an external diesel generator during prolonged periods of low solar generation.
Heat Pump and EV Charger Create a Unified Home Energy System
Sigenergy also introduced SigenFlux, an air-to-water heat pump designed to extract heat from outdoor air and transfer it into water for residential heating applications.
When connected through the Smart Port, the heat pump becomes part of Sigenergy’s ESS, enabling real-time coordination between solar generation, battery storage, and household heating demand. Rather than functioning as a standalone appliance, it intelligently adjusts energy consumption based on available solar power and battery capacity, improving overall household energy efficiency.
The company also showcased the Sigen EVAC G2, its latest bidirectional AC EV charger. Integrated with the ESS, the charger enables electric vehicles to charge using either rooftop solar energy or the utility grid.
Through the mySigen mobile application, the company’s AI-powered energy management platform continuously optimizes charging schedules. The integrated AI assistant, SigenAgent, considers user preferences, solar generation, battery status, electricity tariffs, and household energy consumption to automatically determine the most efficient charging strategy.
Micro Storage Solution Expands Residential Energy Options
In addition to its flagship home ESS, Sigenergy presented SigenMate, a plug-in balcony energy storage solution paired with the SigenMicro microinverter.
The SigenStore Neo is also compatible with SigenMicro microinverters, making it suitable for homes with complex rooftop layouts featuring multiple solar panel orientations. This compatibility helps maximize solar energy generation while simplifying installation for residential users.
Growing Focus on Integrated Residential Energy
With its latest product portfolio, Sigenergy is moving beyond standalone energy devices toward a fully integrated residential energy ecosystem. By combining battery storage, solar management, home heating, EV charging, AI-powered optimization, and micro-storage solutions into one intelligent platform, the company aims to improve energy efficiency, backup reliability, and renewable energy utilization for modern homes.
