Green Water & Power (GWP) and Autel Energy have crossed a major US electric-mobility milestone, installing more than 10000 EV Chargers nationwide since their partnership began in 2023. The achievement makes GWP Autel Energy’s largest buyer and highlights the companies’ expanding role in building charging infrastructure across the United States.

The chargers have been deployed across 12 states, serving hotels, apartment communities, retail centers, schools, medical facilities, and fleet operations.

Reliability Becomes the Key Differentiator

Beyond scale, network performance stands out. The installed chargers have delivered a combined 16.6 million kWh while maintaining an average uptime of 99.72%. This reliability reflects Autel Energy’s hardware and software platform alongside GWP’s field service, maintenance, and operational capabilities.

The electricity supplied through the network is estimated to have helped avoid 23,000 metric tons of carbon dioxide emissions. The 10000 EV charger milestone therefore delivers a measurable sustainability benefit.

GWP President Danny Gold said charger availability matters more to property owners and drivers than installation totals. He emphasised that users expect the charger in front of them to work whenever required. According to Gold, dependable performance has enabled GWP and Autel Energy to expand across multiple categories.

Autel Energy North America CEO Michelle Luo said the company designed its charging hardware and supporting software for reliability, flexibility, and deployment at scale. She added that GWP’s network performance demonstrates how dependable technology, backed by strong execution, can help accelerate nationwide EV adoption.

Thousands of New Chargers Planned

The expansion is set to continue. GWP is contracted to install more than 3,000 additional Level 2 units and 100 Level 3 fast chargers in the coming months. Other clean-energy projects, including solar installations, are also progressing through different development stages. This pipeline will take the partnership well beyond 10000 EV Chargers while strengthening charging options for commercial sites and fleets.

GWP is a turnkey clean-energy infrastructure provider with over a decade of renewable-energy experience. It manages design, permitting, construction, commissioning, operations, and maintenance for EV charging, battery storage, and solar projects. Overall, it has installed more than 15,000 chargers and developed over 4 MW of solar capacity.

Autel Energy supplies interoperable AC and DC charging equipment for residential, commercial, fleet, and public applications. Together, this achievement shows how reliable equipment, disciplined maintenance, and commercial deployment can support America’s transition to electric mobility.
