Tata Motors is all set to bring back one of India’s most iconic automotive nameplates as the Tata Sierra EV debuts on June 30. The upcoming electric SUV will make its official debut on June 30, 2026, marking a significant milestone in Tata Motors’ expanding electric vehicle portfolio. Designed to bridge the gap between the Curvv EV and the flagship Harrier EV, the Sierra EV is expected to strengthen Tata’s position in the premium midsize electric SUV segment.

Retro Design Meets Modern EV Technology
Built on Tata Motors’ advanced acti.ev+ architecture, the Sierra EV combines nostalgic styling elements with modern electric vehicle design. The SUV retains the upright stance and signature wraparound rear glass area that made the original Sierra popular, while incorporating contemporary design details and a futuristic electric identity. Battery, Range and Performance Expectations

Once launched, the SUV will compete with the Mahindra BE 6, Hyundai Creta Electric, MG ZS EV, Maruti Suzuki e-Vitara, and Toyota Urban Cruiser EV.
