Aja Consulting Launches Green Workplace Movement

In a major step toward promoting sustainable transportation, Hyderabad-based tech company Aja Consulting Services LLP has introduced a new employee-focused green mobility initiative. Under the campaign titled “Green Workplace Movement,” the company is offering financial incentives to employees who switch from traditional fuel-powered vehicles to electric vehicles (EVs). Cash Rewards for EV Buyers

As part of the newly launched policy, employees purchasing electric vehicles will receive direct subsidies from the company. Workers buying electric four-wheelers will get a financial incentive of ₹10,000, while employees opting for electric two-wheelers will receive ₹5,000.

The announcement has positioned the company as one of the early corporate adopters of employee-focused EV support programs. Through this initiative, Hyderabad Firm Announces Cash Incentives to motivate staff members to choose cleaner and environmentally friendly transportation options.

Carpooling Also Encouraged

According to CEO Phaniraj Jaligama, the policy was inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s recent appeal encouraging citizens to adopt electric mobility and carpooling. The initiative also comes at a time when the ongoing Israel–Iran conflict has increased concerns over fuel price volatility and possible fuel supply disruptions.

The company believes that reducing petrol and diesel consumption can help India save valuable foreign exchange reserves spent on fuel imports.
