Altigreen has entered India’s electric two-wheeler market with Minsara, a purpose-built, multi-utility vehicle designed for demanding commercial operations. Launched on November 4, 2026, the new model targets delivery riders, farmers, fleet operators, service technicians, and small businesses looking for practical, affordable everyday electric mobility solutions. Altigreen Minsara Electric Scooter Launched at a starting price of ₹1.24 lakh (ex-showroom), offering three configurations and a claimed range of up to 165 km.
Now part of the JAKSON Group, Altigreen is expanding beyond its established electric cargo three-wheelers. Bookings are open in three Indian cities, with customer deliveries scheduled for December 1, 2026.
The Altigreen Minsara starts at ₹1.24 lakh, offers up to 165 km claimed range, reaches 75 km/h and comes in three variants. Deliveries begin December 1, 2026.

Built for Work, Not Just Commuting
Unlike conventional urban scooters, Minsara prioritizes carrying capability, durability, and operation across varied roads. Its 264 kg gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) represents the maximum permitted combined weight of the vehicle, riders and cargo—not its standalone payload capacity.
Performance highlights include:
- Peak torque: 172 Nm.
- Claimed gradeability: 33%, supporting steep climbs.
- Top speed: 75 km/h.
- Wheel size: 17-inch alloys for varied surfaces.
Altigreen Minsara Electric Scooter Launched With Three Variants
Buyers can choose between two fixed-battery versions and one swappable-battery configuration:
- Minsara S: 2.78 kWh battery, 125 km claimed range; suitable for shorter city deliveries.
- Minsara S+: 3.8 kWh battery, 165 km claimed range; aimed at longer daily routes.
- Minsara SE: Battery-swapping version intended to reduce charging downtime; capacity and range remain undisclosed.
Actual riding range will depend on load, speed, terrain, and driving conditions. Altigreen has not announced separate prices for every variant, while details about the SE battery-swapping network and operational arrangements are still awaited.
Rugged Chassis and Safety Equipment
The Minsara uses a high-endurance rib-caged chassis, telescopic front suspension, and large alloy wheels. Its protective and convenient equipment includes crash guards, front and rear disc brakes with a Combined Braking System (CBS), a main stand and a side stand with a safety alert. The combination is intended to support everyday work on uneven urban and rural roads, where reliability and easier handling can matter as much as outright performance.
Altigreen Minsara Electric Scooter Launched: Bookings and Warranty
Bookings are currently accepted at dealerships in Bengaluru, Vijayawada, and Noida. Deliveries are scheduled to start on December 1, 2026. Standard warranty coverage runs for three years or 30,000 km, whichever comes first; extended warranty options are planned.
Company Leadership Outlines Wider EV Plans
Deepak Thakur, CEO of JAKSON Green Vehicles, described Minsara as a practical response to customers’ mobility and utility needs. Altigreen founder and CTO Amitabh Saran emphasized engineering products around real customer problems.
Altigreen says its growing 3S network—sales, service and spares—will support ownership and fleet operations. Altigreen Minsara Electric Scooter Launched as the company expands its electric portfolio beyond neEV cargo three-wheelers, with passenger electric three-wheelers also planned for expansion in its future product roadmap.
