Get ready for a groundbreaking moment in the world of electric mobility as Renault prepares to take center stage with Renault’s new electric vehicles at the Solutrans Show 2025. Scheduled for November 18 at 10 a.m., the highly anticipated event—streamed live worldwide—promises to unveil a fresh wave of innovation, design, and technology. Renault’s newest lineup of next-generation electric models is set to redefine the future of light commercial vehicles, raising curiosity about what surprises the brand has in store. With expectations soaring, this reveal could mark a major turning point in the rapidly evolving EV landscape.

Trafic E-Tech Electric Van: The Star of the Show

Leading the announcements is the production-ready Renault Trafic E-Tech Electric, the first model in Renault’s upcoming generation of all-electric vans. Set to launch on European roads by late 2026, the Trafic E-Tech marks a major leap for business-focused EVs.

Built on a compact skateboard platform, the van is engineered for enhanced agility—perfect for dense urban environments. Its rear-mounted motor and short front overhang offer improved cargo space, while advanced battery technology powers long-distance capability. Renault claims the NMC long-range battery can deliver up to 450 km WLTP, while a standard LFP battery option offers around 350 km WLTP, all without rare metals.

Thanks to its 800V architecture, the Trafic E-Tech supports ultra-fast charging, enabling a boost from 15% to 80% in just 20 minutes. Its 150 kW motor and 345 Nm torque strike a balance between efficiency and performance, suitable for varied commercial needs.

Inside, users will find a modern cockpit, increased storage solutions, and added safety systems. Renault has also integrated Ampere’s Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) platform, enabling seamless over-the-air updates. Additional features like Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) and Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) position the van as a smart mobile energy unit.

Factory-Ready Customization with Converted By Renault

Renault continues to expand its popular Converted By Renault program, offering factory-integrated modifications for sectors such as healthcare, public service, and mobile workshops. With more than half of Renault’s LCVs undergoing customization, the company now performs the most common conversions directly at its factories and dedicated Customize workshops. This approach ensures faster delivery, high manufacturing standards, and cost efficiency.

Renault 4 E-Tech Electric Van: A New Icon for Versatility

Also taking center stage is the Renault 4 E-Tech electric van, making its public debut with two special liveries. Designed for versatility, it offers up to 409 km WLTP range and a 345 kg payload. Two configurations will be available:

  • Reversible Fleet – Switches between a commercial van and a 5-seater passenger layout.
  • Fleet Van – Maximizes cargo space for business operations.

Both versions are manufactured in France and customized by Qstomize, emphasizing Renault’s commitment to adaptable electric mobility.
