With a new partnership that promises to reshape India’s EV landscape, the duo is gearing up to deploy 500 Citroën ë-C3 electric vehicles across the country. Announced on November 21, 2025, this collaboration is more than just an agreement—it’s a bold step toward cleaner, smarter, and more connected travel. Transforming Shared and Connected Mobility

Under the partnership, Milo Drive will integrate the newly deployed ë-C3 EVs into Fleet OS, its advanced fleet management platform used by driver entrepreneurs and fleet owners across various mobility segments. Fleet OS brings together a suite of intelligent tools—demand routing, utilisation analytics, driver performance monitoring, and battery intelligence—designed to enhance operational efficiency, reduce running costs, and maximise profitability.

This tech-enabled system supports mobility services such as ride-hailing, corporate travel, airport transport, and intracity movement, ensuring that the ë-C3s are used to their full potential.

Shared Vision for Scalable Electric Mobility

According to Shishir Mishra, Business Head & Director – Strategic Partnerships & Institutional Business, Stellantis India, the partnership aligns with Citroën’s mission to develop future-ready, tech-driven EV ecosystems in India. He emphasised that the Citroën ë-C3 offers the ideal combination of range, comfort, and operating efficiency—key attributes needed for shared mobility operators. Mishra added that technology-driven collaborations like this are crucial for making EV access scalable and supporting India’s transition to a low-carbon mobility landscape.

Milo Drive’s Co-Founder, Monil Jayeshkumar Khatri, highlighted the synergy between Citroën’s engineering strength and Milo Drive’s digital infrastructure. With features such as real-time battery diagnostics and high-performance analytics, the partnership empowers driver entrepreneurs to build sustainable and scalable mobility businesses. He noted that this initiative marks a significant milestone in Milo Drive’s mission to electrify urban mobility nationwide.

A Strengthening Commitment to Sustainable Mobility

The deployment of 500 Citroën ë-C3 EVs, with an MIDC-certified range of 320 km and low operational costs, underscores Citroën’s commitment to making sustainable transportation accessible at scale. This partnership adds to Citroën’s expanding role in India’s shared mobility sector, where it already holds commitments for more than 5,500 ë-C3 units with providers like BluSmart and OHM E Logistics.
