A dedicated team of trained technicians operates through mobile bikes and vans, allowing the company to reach customers within 90 minutes in major urban centres. For breakdowns or incidents outside city limits and along highways, Euler Motors targets resolution within 4–5 hours, ensuring seamless mobility for commercial operators.

Powered by ‘Shepherd’ – Intelligent EV Telematics

At the heart of Euler Prime is Shepherd, Euler Motors’ in-house telematics and vehicle intelligence platform. Shepherd enables:

  • Live vehicle diagnostics
  • Remote health monitoring
  • Predictive maintenance alerts

This technology often detects potential issues before drivers even notice them, allowing the support team to take preventive action and avoid unexpected breakdowns.
